This Merriams Gobbler cornered Sean on a high ridge in the sand hills of Nebraska as he intended to stalk the hen that was making the beautiful sound…. when he encounter Sean and the new Gobbler Down diaphragm call, it was a face off (literally) that sent the gobbler tumbling to his death.

Sean and Kyle encountered these three Merriams Gobblers in Nebraska while field testing Gobbler Down’s new diaphragm call… to hit the market soon.  The gobblers seam to enjoy the call so much that they roosted in peace in the tree above Sean and Kyle.

Bryce Miller of Gobbler Down Pro Staff guided himself and Jody to these two unlucky Eastern Gobblers.  These old boys came in to get a close look at Bryce’s custom Call Girl.  They came looking to get some, and they did!  This was Jody’s first Eastern Gobbler but won’t be his last.
