Secure Online Order Process
Gobbler Down Custom Calls utilizes a secure checkout process through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order. Simply add items to your online shopping cart, click the View Cart or Checkout link, enter your billing and shipping address, and proceed through the PayPal secure payment authorization. Gobbler Down Custom Calls does not retain any of your credit card information; this is strictly and confidentially processed through PayPal only.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped in within 5 business days. If an item is on back-order, we will contact you promptly with an estimated shipping date.
For purchases shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states, our shipping rates are $5.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Gobbler Down Custom Calls ships all U.S. orders through USPS Priority Mail.
The Gobbler Down online store only accepts payments for shipments within the 50 U.S. states. For international orders, please contact sean@gobblerdown.com so that we may provide a specific international shipping rate.
Returns & Refunds
The following applies to turkey call items only. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your custom turkey call, simply ship us the item with a note including your name, address, phone number, email address, date of purchase, and reason for return. Also, include in the note whether you would like a refund or replacement. Replacement turkey calls will be shipped free of charge. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipment charges are non-reimbursable.
All sales are final for Gobbler Gear hats, t-shirts, and other apparel. Under no circumstances will we accept returns or process refunds for any apparel.
Changing Orders
Prior to shipment, you may change your order. Simply call or email us and we’ll square it away for you!

If you need assistance with the proper usage of our turkey calls, our Pro Staff will be glad to help. Just drop one of them a line over email and we’ll respond to you promptly!
